aj99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the aj99 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers collectively to aj99's website, mobile application, and other digital channels.

These Terms are provided in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any interpretive discrepancy, the Bengali version shall prevail. aj99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Compliance with these Terms is mandatory for all registered members.
• Use of this platform by minors or persons who are mentally incapacitated is strictly prohibited.
• aj99 representatives will never ask you for your password or full payment details.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on aj99:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Valid Identity: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Informed Consent: Members must agree to use the services voluntarily and with full awareness.

If a person uses the platform while unable to make sound judgments due to mental or physical reasons, full responsibility for any resulting losses lies with that person alone.

Each member is fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their own account. The following rules apply to account management:

• Keeping the account password secure and not sharing it with any third party is the member's own responsibility.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If any registration details change (phone number, email, etc.), the member must update their account without delay.
• aj99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason.

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team to make that request. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed.

The following rules must be followed for all financial transactions on the aj99 platform:

• Deposit Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are available only through these three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account Ownership: The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the member's own name.

Before processing a withdrawal request, aj99 may request identity verification or additional documents. The right to hold transactions is reserved if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

aj99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on that offer's page.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing earnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds must be used separately from real money.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period; they will be cancelled if not used within the specified time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• aj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to the use of all gaming services on aj99:

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs.
• If a technical issue arises during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• For sports betting, the decision of the relevant sports authority is considered final in determining results.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision and the platform's log records are considered final evidence.
• aj99 will not be held responsible for any losses caused by an internet disconnection.

If a member discovers a vulnerability in the gaming system or a situation arises where risk-free profit becomes possible under abnormal circumstances, this will be considered a violation of the Terms and any related winnings will be voided.
